Auction Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting the Friends of Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge. By participating in our online auction, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Invoice Adjustments

• After the auction ends, please wait to pay your invoice.

• We will adjust the taxable amount to reflect the item’s fair market value (FMV) before you complete checkout.

• Only the FMV portion of your winning bid is taxable; any amount paid above FMV is considered a charitable contribution.

• You will receive an updated invoice once adjustments are complete.

2. Pickup & Shipping

• Some items are pickup only; others may be eligible for shipping.

• Pickup details will be provided after the auction closes.

• If shipping is available, the winning bidder is responsible for shipping costs.

• Items must be picked up within the timeframe provided unless other arrangements are approved.

3. All Sales Final

• All auction items are sold as is.

• All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

• Please review item descriptions carefully before bidding.

4. Bidding Rules

• All bids are binding.

• Bids cannot be retracted or canceled once placed.

• In the event of a technical issue, Friends of Tennessee NWR reserves the right to make final decisions regarding winners.

5. Donation Acknowledgment

• Any amount paid above the fair market value of an item may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution.

• A donation receipt will be provided upon request.
